- Plan 2, for adult patients requiring periodontal disease maintenance, costs $499 a year, and includes two exams, three periodontal maintenance treatments, any necessary x-rays, and the same 15% discount on other treatments.
With no waiting periods, maximums, deductibles, monthly premiums, or claims to file, the plans are easy to understand and easy to use.
Paying Over Time and Using Insurance
For larger treatment, Clayton Smiles accepts CareCredit®, a health and wellness credit card that allows you (pending credit approval) to pay for your treatments over time. We also accept payment via cash, checks, debit cards, and major credit cards. Also, if you do have dental insurance, we accept all PPO plans and file your claims.
